Dear Toledo Families
I am hoping that you will take a few minutes to help us improve as a school and work towards better meeting the needs of students and families in the community. This survey is intended to provide data that will be utilized as we develop administrative goals and schoolwide goals. Our teaching staff will utilize the data from family and student surveys to set instructional goals for the year. I am not sure how this data may have been used in the past but we will use your input (and your students on their own survey) as a basis for many of our goals and to inform decisions. It would be great if each family completed 1 survey if possible but if more than one person completes a survey that will also be OK. Please use the link below to start the survey. The survey will close on Friday 9/23 so that we can pull data for immediate impact.
NOTE: This survey is for families of both High School and Middle School students even though it’s labeled as HS. We can divide the data internally.
Your student will be asked to complete a similar survey from the student perspective during one of their classes next week.

We will ask for a second survey response towards the end of the year to see if we’ve been effective in impacting the concerns that the data indicates.
